CAGI makes available to the actors of international Geneva spaces for business meetings.

The spaces are available to the following entities:

Types of events

Work meetings are the only type of events permitted. Receptions are not permitted except for those held following work meetings. Public events are excluded.

Available Spaces

CAGI provides two spaces (the Grand Salon and the Library) that may be rented individually or jointly.

  1. Grand Salon.
  2. Library.

The spaces may be rented Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 10 pm.

  • The Grand Salon (50 sqm) can be set up as :
    – “round table”, with a capacity of 18 persons
    – “theatre”, with a capacity of 40 persons
  • The room is rented in combination with Salon Appia, 27 sqm which can be used as a 2nd meeting room, back-office or coffee/lunch break room

  • The Library (36 sqm) is rented in a “round table” configuration and can host 10 persons.
  • Modification of the furniture configuration is not allowed.
  • The room is rented in association with Salon Ferney, 28 sqm which can be used as a 2nd meeting room, back-office or coffee/lunch break room
  • A kitchen is at the disposal of the users as well as the caterers contracted by them. The kitchen is a shared space whose use is under the coordination of the person in charge of the CAGI reception.
  • The garden and terrace are at the disposal of the users The use is conditional to a respect of the other users as well as CAGI staff.

The equipment is available for both spaces (Grand Salon and Library).

Rental fees

The rental fee covers the administrative management and maintenance of the equipment and is based on the duration and number of rooms included in the reservation.

Founding, associate and supporting members of CAGI may rent the spaces free of charge, subject to availability and for a reasonable number of uses.

After the event, CAGI sends the invoice by email to the person in charge of the meeting with a payment deadline of 30 days.

Additional cleaning and security fees apply (see art. 6.4 of the General Conditions).

Send your request to: welcome.cagi@etat.ge.ch, indicating the following information:

  • Date of the event
  • • Time slot(s) as indicated on the “pricing” table
  • Desired spaces (Grand Salon and/or Library)

Upon receipt, our team will contact you as soon as possible by return of e-mail.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
Between 12:00 and 14:00 by appointment.

Access by public transport (TPG):
Bus: line 5 – stop Intercontinental;
line 8, line 20, line 22 et line F – stop Appia.

No parking is possible on site, access is authorized only :

  • to drop off visitors and guests at an event,
  • to unload equipment and for catering.
