Updates on the Legislative & Regulatory Environment for Swiss Foundations and Associations

The CAGI, in collaboration with the Geneva Centre for Philanthropy and proFonds, is delighted to invite you to the Philanthropy Lunch.

Prof. Giulia Neri-Castracane and Me Vincent Pfammatter will provide a comprehensive overview of the legislative and regulatory changes, along with key case law developments from 2024 and the first half of 2025, that have impacted Swiss associations and foundations.

This will include:

  • feedback and first use cases from new guidelines from Zurich and Vaud authorities, notably on compensation of board members;
  • updates on initiatives of the Geneva state;
  • pending legislative initiatives and motions.
