Since January 1, 2023 and the entry into force of the revised Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA), new rules on registration in the Commercial Register apply to associations based in Switzerland.
The purpose of the information session (in French) is to present the various procedures for registering an association in the Register of Commerce :
- associations concerned by compulsory registration,
- new obligations for associations required to register,
- exemptions and registration procedure.
