Our housing specialists will explain how the diplomatic clause works, the requirements for qualifying for it, the best time to terminate a lease, any financial implications, and the alternative options available to tenants.

This session will also cover the legal framework governing subletting in Geneva, the requirements that must be met, and practical recommendations for both tenants wishing to sublet their homes and potential subtenants.
