Le secteur est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une convergence de d\u00e9fis importants : l\u2019\u00e9volution des priorit\u00e9s politiques, conjugu\u00e9e \u00e0 des r\u00e9ductions de financement, exerce une pression croissante sur les op\u00e9rations des ONG et leur viabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme.<\/p><p>Dans ce contexte, le Centre d\u2019Accueil de la Gen\u00e8ve Internationale (CAGI) a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate fin 2025 afin d\u2019\u00e9valuer l\u2019impact de ces changements sur les ONG internationales bas\u00e9es \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve. L\u2019enqu\u00eate recueille des informations sur les \u00e9volutions du financement, les impacts structurels et op\u00e9rationnels, ainsi que les mesures d\u2019adaptation. Elle rend \u00e9galement compte d\u2019id\u00e9es sur la mani\u00e8re dont une transformation et une adaptation efficaces pourraient \u00eatre facilit\u00e9es et soutenues.<\/p><p>S\u2019appuyant sur 108 r\u00e9ponses, le rapport offre un aper\u00e7u d\u2019un secteur soumis \u00e0 de fortes pressions \u2014 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un resserrement des financements, \u00e0 des ajustements op\u00e9rationnels et \u00e0 des \u00e9volutions des effectifs \u2014 mais qui cherche activement \u00e0 s\u2019adapter et explore de nouvelles mani\u00e8res de
