In Geneva, internships are subject to the minimum wage<\/a>, with the exception of internships undertaken as part of recognized academic or school training, vocational training, or a socio-professional integration programme meeting the conditions<\/a> set by the Conseil de surveillance du march\u00e9 de l’emploi (CSME, art. 56E RIRT<\/a>).<\/p>

Organized in partnership with the Maison Internationale des Associations (MIA<\/a>), this meeting with the public service aims to present the new criteria that internships in Geneva must meet in this respect. The speaker will be Mr. Julien Dubouchet Corthay, Director of the Service de l’inspecteur du travail \u00e0 l’office cantonal de l’inspection et des relations du travail<\/a>\u00a0(OCIRT).<\/p>
