Hiring assistance
Assistances for hiring proposed by the Cantonal office of employment, make it possible, in particular to NGOs to decrease its hired labour charges and offer the possibility to adapt the qualifications of the candidates to the needs of the structure.
Solidarity employment
The solidarity employment was created within the framework of the cantonal law as regards unemployment which entered into vigour on the 1st January, 2008. Their objectives are twofold: to reintegrate people who have exhausted their rights for unemployment benefits while supporting the activity of the non-profit-making organisations in the canton (associations, foundations, cooperatives, NGOs).
A partnership is established between the organisation and the solidarity employment service (EdS) of the Cantonal office for Employment, they allow the creation of a large variety of project. Thanks to the important long term financial support from the State, these jobs are an opportunity to develop new projects.
Do not hesitate to contact the collaborators of the Solidarity Employment Service who will explain in detail and answer your questions.
