Presentation of our Housing Service

The Housing Exchange Programme for the international civil servants in Geneva, offers a source of information unique in Geneva.  This service was created in collaboration with  the associations of real estate agents, the Union suisse des professionnels de l'immobilier Genève or  USPI Genève  (Swiss Association of real estate agents), the Chambre Genevoise Immobilière (CGI) and the Geneva Welcome Centre.


We invite you to visit us as soon as you arrive in Geneva, so that we can provide you with the assistance you need to find housing in the Franco-valdo-genevoise area, and guide you in the first steps in your search for accommodation.

Our list of furnished appartments and residences could help you find temporary or short stay accommodation (prices or indicative and not contractuel).

 

The Housing Service can also help to:

  • Review leases
  • Find office space
  • Act as an intermediary in case of dispute concerning accommodation
