NGO Service Meeting RoomS

The NGO Service makes its two meeting rooms available to Geneva based Non-Governmental Organizations whose profile is up-to-date. This service is free of charge.

Conference Room

Equipment:

  • Maximum capacity: 35 people
  • Beamer + projection screen
  • Connected PC (we recommend you come with your presentation on a USB stick)
  • Sound system
  • Laser pointer
  • Flip Chart

Tables and chairs can be reshuffled as long as users put the room in its initial configuration after the event.

Meeting Room

Equipment:

  • Maximum capacity: 14 people
  • Flip Chart
  • No Beamer.

Chairs and tables cannot be moved.

OPENING HOURS

The rooms can be booked Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 05:30 pm (at the exception of bank holidays).

KITCHEN

A fully equipped kitchen is at the disposal of meeting room users with the following equipment:

  • Glasses and jugs of water
  • Kettle
  • Nespresso Pro Coffee machine (we kindly ask users to bring your own Nespresso Pro capsules shall you use the machine).

Food is tolerated in the rooms and must be brought by the organizers. The NGO Service does not organize any catering service.

ACCESS

Meeting rooms are located on 1st and 2nd floor of the NGO Service building and can only be accessed through stairs.

PARKING

Parking within the Pastoral domain is strictly forbidden to NGO Service visitors (exception may be given on demand). CAGI is easily accessible by public transport. Bus 5 stop "intercontinental" is located 50 m down the road.

Liabilities

All material in the meeting rooms is under the responsability of the organizer of the event. The cost of any damages may be asked. Organizers are equally responsible for cleaning up the meeting room after the event and to leave the room as they found it.
